This Land I Love

I'm thankful it's July. We've made it through June and now summer is in full swing, albeit without some of the normal fairs, festivals and such. Our son Brock is going to miss those for sure - he loves going to every one, if for no other reason that the food he can get at those vendors. It takes so little to make him happy.

What he won't miss is the fireworks - first, he doesn't care for them. The noise bothers him. BUT even more than that - they aren't cancelled. We've already been hearing the booms and most evenings... which means Brock hasn't been sleeping well.

But, enough of that... let's take a look at my card. I used a fabulous patriotic themed stamp set from The Project Bin for my card.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Stamp Set: The Project Bin Red, White & Boom! stamped with Memento Paris Dusk Ink

Papers: Accent Opaque 120# White and SU Night of Navy and Real Red CS

Die: Taylored Expressions Diagonal Stripes

Embellishments: Gina Marie Enamel Dots
