It's the 18th, which is the day the Mystery Image swap is due. That means we can now show our cards on our blogs.

Carol is the hostess this round and she sent us a cute set of images/sentiments - Stamping Bella Senior-Rita. THANK YOU, Carol!

Here's the card I made:

As is my custom, I did decorate the inside of my card, too... but for some reason, when I uploaded the pictures from my camera, the pictures of the inside didn't go through. So there is no picture of the inside to show you.

As promised yesterday, here's another picture featuring the Mason Jar clear stamp set manufactured  by JessicaLynnOriginal...

Irish You Luck!

Today is the 9th of March - a very special day because it's time for the 3 Musketeers' monthly post. Who are the 3 Musketeers?

Barb (in the middle), Kelly (on the right), and me (on the left)

Each month one of us sends identical images to the others and we all three create with the same image. This month Barb was the hostess - and she chose an adorable Whipper Snapper image that is so appropriate for March - Irish Luck. THANK YOU, Barb!

Here's the card I made:

Here's the inside:

Be sure to go by Barb's blog and Kelly's blog to see what they made, too! I can hardly wait to see their cards!

Happy Mother's Day

Challenge #232

Theme: Anything Goes with Women

Sponsor: StitchyBear Digi Outlet

Prize:

Sounds like a great theme for a challenge, doesn't it? I can visualize seeing all kinds of GREAT cards, featuring gorgeous women, activities women enjoy doing, etc.

Now, before I show you my card, let me tell you a bit about how this design team works. Each challenge the DT members are assigned one of the StitchyBear creators and we can choose any image from that creator's collection to use for the challenge. For this challenge I was given "Floppy Latte" and could choose any image from there. WOW! There were some GREAT images to choose from! And truthfully, a lot of them fit the "Women" theme better than the one I chose, but I fell in love with "Dandy Flower" and just had to choose it. So I paired it with a Mother's Day sentiment... and everyone knows that Mother's Day is all about women. ;)

Okay, I don't mean to brag, but I love the way this card turned out! (I know... sounds like bragging, doesn't it? But so often I feel dissatisfied with the cards I've made, and I have even been known to grumble about my creation here on my blog, so today, I decided to let you know I am happy with the card I made.)

But lest you think I've  gotten a little too carried away with the bragging, I will tell you I do NOT like the inside of the card...

I hope you'll participate in the Anything Goes with Women Challenge!

I'm entering my card in the following challenges:

Craft Your Passion - Anything Goes
Crafting from the Heart - Anything Goes
Creative Fingers - Anything Goes
Inky Chicks - Flowers
Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes

So Lucky

I happened to find an adorable free digi set at "From the Heart." Granted, it's free with a purchase, so you do have to buy something to get it free... but that's no problem, I love "From the Heart" digis so purchasing something was easy-peasy... but I digress.

I knew it was the perfect image to use for the new Sweet Stampin' Challenge...

Theme: Green (St. Patrick's Day)

Sponsor: Flat Friends

THANK YOU, Flat Friends!
We ♥ Our Sponsors

I didn't have any St. Patty's images - don't really know how that happened - so I was super excited when I found  the digi set to use.

Here's the card I made:

The background paper is a very subtle designer paper - it looks kind of like it got water damaged, but it didn't. It's splotchy. I used the same paper to paper-piece the ckick's bow tie and plaid section, as well as the clover.

Here's the inside of my card (you can see the water-splotched paper better in this picture...

I hope to see a lot of green designs in the Sweet Stampin' Challenge this week... won't you join us?
