I'm Color Challenge Challenged

I don't do color challenges very often; in fact, I  almost never do color challenges. I guess it's because I love DP and I never know if I can add it to my card or not, since it obviously would have more colors in it than just the colors stated in the challenge.

So, yes - I'm Color Challenge Challenged.

I'm making an exception today. I'm in a FB group that has a Color Challenge going on and I decided to give it a try.

Cajun Craze
Early Espresso
Very Vanilla

I do not own any SU Very Vanilla CS so I substituted Staples 110# Cream CS instead.

In retrospect, I wish I'd colored the leaves with a very light cream color Copic marker. I also wish I'd put the flowers image a little higher in the rectangle, since this is way too symmetrical for my liking. But hey, there's always another opportunity to make a card that I'm happy with, right?

Color Challenge met. I'm moving on to other challenges now. A mountain of laundry, floors to mop, work. Oh, and a Sketch Challenge that will be on my blog soon. Wish me luck!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
