Three More Falliday Cards

I am trying really hard to keep up with Falliday - but I'm having fun along the way, which is the most important part of the challenges. I hope you're playing along, too... if you have no clue what I'm talking about, check out Falliday Fest on SCS.

The three cards I'll show you now are #10, 11, and 12.

I used my newest stamp set to make the first card. It's a Power Poppy set called "In Praise of Sunflowers". I love - LOVE - sunflowers. Perhaps it stems from the fact that I was born in Kansas, it's in my blood. LOL! But as soon as I saw this stamp set, I just knew I had to have it.

Falliday Challenge #10
Warm Fuzzies

Jacqueline asked us to make a generic card for National Kindness Day. She didn't really give any restrictions to the card itself. What is important about her instructions is what we are to do with the card. We are to give it to someone - spreading a little kindness. She gave some ideas for how to randomly choose a recipient, which I think is just way too much fun. So I'm going to stick this card in my purse the next time I run errands and I'm going to slip it in someone's hands - just because I want to spread a little sunshine along the way.

Falliday Challenge #11
Orange You Glad

Lisa gave us a fun challenge - but I think it challenged more than any of the themes so far. I had to really think this one through. We were instructed to use at least four of the letters in the color ORANGE on our card.

Okay, here goes...

O - Orange
R - Red
A - Apparel
N - (K)Notty Pine (the K is silent so I thought it worked)
G - Graffiti
E - Emerald Green

And I used the six letters in the word to name this card...

Ornery Girl Anxiously Regrets Naughty Escapade

This card  is really special - because it's for a very special cause. It also is part of the second Card Drive of Falliday

Falliday Challenge #12

Jeanne's instructions were to make a patriotic thank you card - with no glitter.

Awesome takes on the challenges, Jeanette. Your boots card inspired me to order some for my layered collection! Like Shelly, I haven't done any of the tutorials, but as of tonight I have caught up on all of the challenges!

Stunning cards Jeanette - and what better than to bless somebody with an unexpected card - especially one as exquisite as yours. Your patriotic one is brilliant
