Falliday Fail

First let me say... Falliday is AWESOME! You get to try new things and learn things about yourself sometimes, too. And you have a reason to craft every day (that's a win!) and to make lots of cards, many that will fit the holiday card-giving on your list.

However, sometimes what you learn about yourself is that you failed miserably with one of the Falliday challenges. That was me today.

And I was sooooo excited to give this a try. It's Lydia's challenge - the first Falliday one - called Get Drunk!

Okay, maybe that is the problem. I'm a teetotaler so I know nothing about getting drunk. LOL!

There is an fabulous tutorial for the technique HERE. I tried to follow it and do everything right. And sheesh! I even looked and looked and looked for Yupo paper - in two cities, no less. So I had high hopes.

Nope. Total fail!

But in keeping with the spirit of Falliday, I'm going to post my card anyway. Please don't laugh at me too much.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
If this is your first time to ever visit my blog, please know that I do sometimes make a decent card.

My favorite Santa! I always love seeing people create with him. This is a sensational holiday design, Jeanette!

I went to Hobby Lobby this morning and purchased some alcohol inks so I could get started on the Falliday challenges!!
