Let's Get Messy - Take 16

It's the 12th of November, time to get messy. (insert deer-in-the-headlight look) As you likely recall from previous 12ths, I am not one who likes messes. Not one bit. BUT a challenge is only a challenge if it stretches you, and I'm up for the Hot Mess Success Challenge.

Barb, Carol, Darlene, Kelly, Terry and I create cards for the Hot Mess Success challenge each month and share them on the 12th.

It's Anything Goes - as long as there is something messy involved. The pictures really don't show my messy element very well. I used a gilding polish and a stencil to create snow in the background and I also put the same gilding polish on the edge of my two panels of white snow banks.

Oh... and I also put the same gilding polish all over my hands and my work surface. Sheesh! I took the "messy" instructions to the extreme this month, it seems.

This closeup shows the snow a little better...

Be sure to check out the other Hot Mess gals blogs, too, to see their cards (you'll be WOW'd!)...

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
