Edward Elf and His Candy Canes

If you've been coming to my blog, you know I've been making Christmas Cards for the Troops. That was my intent for this card when I started, but then I had a "oopsies" and used DP from my scrap file that has a glitter portion to it. That is a no-no for military cards, so this one will not be going in the box for the troops. However, I'm sure I'll find some use for it.

I'll be more careful in the future.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Stamp: Whipper Snapper Edward Elf stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers

Papers: Recollections Black and 110# White and SU Real Red CS and DP from my scrap file

Embellishments: Stickles Glitter Glue and Brads from an unknown vendor

Mr. Elf looks so happy holding his two candy canes. Lovely job with your coloring.

What a fun image. I'm sure you have someone to send it to who will enjoy it. Where do you send for the troops. I used to send to Operation Write Home but they have closed.

What a fun card Jeanette - pity about the glitter on the paper, as it would have certainly made a great 'troopers' card.
