Starry Night Critters


My autistic son Brock and I love sitting outside in the early morning hours, waiting for the bus that will take him to work. We rock and listen to the sounds of nature around us, especially the owl that "hoots" often. Sometimes we see rabbits in the yard. We also see a lot of birds; just yesterday right across the road in a huge green tree there was a touch of color - a gorgeous bright red cardinal.

 Today's card (even though it's a starry night and not an early morning) reminds me of the time spent with Brock waiting for the bus.

What sweet moments and memories you two are creating. I like the way you tore the green CS. It adds texture and a wonderful authentic look to the ground cover. Lovely scene.
