A New Beginning

The 7th of each month is the day that the Crafters of Faith group on SCS shares the cards/projects they've made with the month's theme.

The hostess this month is Michelle, which means she was the one to choose the theme (based on a Scripture verse of her choosing, as well). Here is her challenge...

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Challenge: Keeping it simple with "feature butterflies on your project". I know how the summer months can be! And butterflies have always been a favorite of mine!

I need to confess: I put this card together very VERY quickly (mere minutes) since I somehow had the theme written down wrong and the first card I made was not going to work. No worries - just grab some gorgeous butterfly designer paper, a great sentiment, and get crafty, right?

I hope Michelle and the other Crafters of Faith like my card.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Beautiful and colorful butterflies. Sometimes the simplest and quickest cards are the best cards.
