Try Something New with Daubers

Not long ago I saw a video of a card making technique where a dauber is used to color an image. It was intriguing, since I'd never tried this before. I decided to give it a try.

As you can see in this closeup picture,
the "coloring" is not very exact/precise,
but instead it has an artsy feel to it.
I'm okay with that for a floral image like this one.

To match the artsy look of the daubered image,
I chose an artsy feeling designer paper, too.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

What a gorgeous card Jeanette - love the way you have been able to match the 'artsy' dp to the 'artsy' image
