Beautiful

I did something I've never done before when I made this card. EEK!

I had made a card in Card Class quite some time ago. My demo is AWESOME!!! However, I didn't love the card we made - I didn't appreciate its simple style.

Soooooooooooo... I cut it apart and made a new card, using the stamped "word" inside and the beautiful doily dress on the front of my new card.

Here's the inside of my card:

I thought I had a photo of the original card design, but unfortunately, I didn't. So let me describe it. It was the pretty pink polka dot embossed paper as the background covering the entire front of the card, with the doily dress and "beautiful" piece on the front. No pink pearls. No black layering. And the inside of the card was totally blank - just white cardstock.

I like  my new version better and am glad I modified the original.

This is my 76th card in the 100 Cards in 100  Days Challenge.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

The original card was made entirely with Stampin' UP! products. For my new design I added the following items...

Cardstock: Recollections Black and Staples White
Embellishments: Pink Pearls from an unknown vendor

Stunning Jeanette! Love that doily dress - a fabulous accent, and certainly like the way the black and white cardstocks soften the pink.

Your doily dress on the pink- I LOVE! The sentiment plus pearls on the inside is perfect.
