ONE Altenew in 2022 - May

Please Note: This is my second blog post of the day. If you're here to see my Color Challenge card, please keep scrolling as it is the next blog post, or go HERE to get there quickly.

The 3rd of each month is a special day here on my blog - it's the day that Kelly (the founder of this series), Barb, and I share our One Plus Twelve cards. The idea is to use the same ONE stamp (not a set) each month to create a card. Sentiments can be used, too, if we choose.

My ONE stamp this year is a beautiful floral stamp from the Altenew Vintage Garden stamp set.

I did some simple paper-piecing this month plus I used a background plate that covered the entire card front which is something I very rarely do.

I hope you'll keep an eye out on the 3rd of each month this year to see how I do with this ONE stamp - and also will check out Kelly's and Barb's ONE stamp cards, too. Speaking of which, let's head over to their blogs now to see what ONE stamp they chose and to admire their January cards.

  1. Now this is different Jeanette - love that cover plate you have used, and the woodgrain effect on the die cut panel makes it look almost 3-D.
