A Snowy Woodland Christmas

Sometimes it's fun to make a Christmas card using a non-Christmas stamp set. That's what I did today. The cute little bird is actually from a stamp set that would be considered a warm-weather set, but add a Santa hat brad and it quickly becomes Christmas card worthy.

Of course some snowy designer paper helps set the mood, too.

Here's the inside:

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Stamp/Die Set: Hello Bluebird Garden Friends stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers

Sentiment (inside): Stampabilities Merry Christmas

Papers: Neenah 110# Solar White and SU Real Red and Soft Sky CS and DP from my scrap file

Dies: MFT Stitched Snow Drifts, Rubbernecker Rectangle with Pierce, and Sizzix Woodlands (tree)

Embellishments: Brads from an unknown vendor
