A Puffy Tree on a Partly Cloudy Day

Sometimes I just want to play around with papers and see what happens so for this card I started by die cutting pieces and then just fiddled with them until I got a look that seemed okay.

Of course my tree also needed a sloped yard and a cute little bird and some sunshine to complete the scene.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Stamp/Die Set: Hello Bluebird stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers

Papers: Cougar 110# White and SU Ballet Blue CS and all other papers from my scrap file

Dies: Karen Burniston Landscape Scene, MFT Stitched Snow Drifts, and Pink Fresh Diagonal Stitched Rectangles

You sure did place all of the pieces in the right spots. This is adorable. I love the stripes and dots along with the embossed lines in the opposite direction along the edge. Nicely done. Thanks for sharing.
