A Crocus Birthday Card

For the most part I love fall - there is definitely a lot to love about the season that is almost upon us. However, I do miss the flowers blooming in all the neighbor's yards (we don't grow any) when the temperatures dip too cold.

It's okay though - I can always (any season!) enjoy flowers on my cards.

This flower is from the SumMore Fun Crocus Cravings stamp set (the birthday sentiment is, too).

I was going to color the stem green, but decided to leave it uncolored for a more artsy look. I'm still not sure; maybe I should have colored it.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Stamp Set: SumMore Fun Crocus Cravings stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink

Papers: Accent Opaque 120# White and SU Certainly Celery CS and DP from my scrap file

Dies: Rubbernecker Nested Rectangle Stitch

Embellishments: Paper Studio Mini Brads
