Happy Birthday Girl Scouts

It's the 9th of March - time for the Three Musketeers to share this month's cards. Kelly is chose our image and what fun it is!

Here's what she said...

For the March edition of the 3M, we're celebrating a special birthday... the Girl Scouts!

The Girl Scouts birthday is March 12 (not be confused with Juliette Low, founder - that's October!) As a busy Scout mom (past = Girl Scouts and now = Boy Scouts), I was called to use this cutie from TGF.

For a special twist, Kelly asked us to use peach on our card, since the Girl Scouts originated in Savannah, Georgia (the Peach State).

Isn't she a cutie in her Girl Scout uniform?

She reminds me of my favorite Girl Scout -
my daughter! What fun memories!

Be sure to head over to Kelly's blog and Barb's blog to see their cards made with TGF Cute Troop cutie.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Image/Honor/Respect (provided by Kelly): The Greeting Farm Cute Troop (I colored it with Copic Markers)

Papers: Recollections Black and SU Groovy Guava CS and DP from the Recollections All Occasions Paper Pad

Embellishments: K & Co. Flowers

I still work with Girl Scouts. My husband and I do day camp every year. He runs the canoe unit which does an overnight and paddles for two days on the water. I ran the activities in camp for many years. Great card and thanks for remembering the Girl Scout birthday!

Thank you for joining me in celebrating the Scouts this month (and jumping the line to do so) Beautiful coloring of the Cute Troop Anya and nice assortment of flowers and flower paper to encompass the image! I see some Peach on there, too!
