A Mother and Her Children

NOTE: This is my second blog post of the day. If you're hear to see my One Plus Twelve card, it's the next post so please keep scrolling... or you can go HERE.

It's Story Time!

Isn't this a darling image?

It's a Victorine Originals stamp -

I can almost hear the mother,
reading a favorite story
to her young son and daughter,
can't you?

Because the vintage-looking image has so much awesome detail work, I decided to keep the coloring pretty simplistic. I added pearls for embellishment, thinking they added to the vintage look.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Stamp: Victorine Originals Mother Reading to Children stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers

Papers: Recollections Black and 110# White and SU Sahara Sand CS and October Afternoon One of a Kind and Provo Craft Stone Washed Denim Suede DP

Punch and Dies: EK Success Corner Rounder and Spellbinders Circles

Embellishment: Michael's Pearls

What a sweet image of the beautiful angel reading - and such a sweet designer paper choice to match! I love - LOVE - the round image as a focal point! It draws the eye right in!

This is a great image, and I like that you used word paper to go with it. So beautiful.
