Elegance and Grace

For today's card I am using the On Pointe stamp set from the SumMore Fun store. I've always thought ballerinas are so elegant in their fancy dresses and I'm mesmerized by the grace with which they move. This stamp set captures both of those ideas - elegant and grace.

She's a true beauty!

And she's not the only ballerina in the stamp set.

I wanted her to be the focal part of my card so I multi-matted her to make her stand out. I also stamped the pair of ballerina shoes in the bottom right corner. I liked the bold stripe for a bit of grounding, but I also altered one stripe of it by placing a piece of skinny Washi Tape on it - the white strip that has the hearts on it.

Here's the inside of my card:

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
