Who Needs a Hug?

This week has sure gone by quickly. I'm pretty sad to say this is Friday. It is my last day as a Growing in Unity Gal... and your last day to leave a comment and get your name in the drawing to be one of the winners of 25 randomly selected Unity stamps.

It is also the day before my daughter leaves. She's been here a little over a month and I've thoroughly enjoyed having her here. (She lives in Alaska - I do not - so times spent together like this are much too infrequent.)

I guess I chose this Unity stamp set for today's card because I knew I'd be needing a hug - or two, or three, or four.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Be sure to leave a comment - this is your last chance. Tonight all of those who have commented will be put into the random drawing to see who wins the Unity stamps.

Image/Sentiments: Unity Full of Happy Hugs stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers

Papers: Recollections Black and White and Stampin' UP! Summer Sun CS and DP from the Paper Studio Spoiled Rotten Paper Pad

Embellishments: RibbonFX Ribbon and a Heart-Shaped Brad from an unknown vendor

Love this card Jeannette! I know how hard it is saying goodbye to a child. Both of my sons were in the military and it was so very hard each time the had to go back from leave. (They are home for good now!). Hugs to you!

I like how you shaded the edges of the dog. It added a lot of depth. I forget to do that sort of thing, and mine look flat....THANKS.
