Iris Beauty

WOW! We just finished up a challenge at One Stitch at a Time - it was an "Anything Goes with Elements of Nature" Challenge... and it had some FANTASTIC entries. In my opinion it was some of the best entries we've had at OSAAT in quite some time. So imagine my excitement today as we begin a new challenge... yes, I'm excited to see what amazing entries we'll have this time.

I hope you will participate - and WOW me!

Challenge #267
Theme: Anything Goes with Dies

Prize Package:

I used the StitchyBear Digi Outlet Coosty Creations Iris image to make my card. It comes in both black and white versions and pre-colored. I used the pre-colored image because, quite truthfully, I could never EVER color this well, no matter how hard I tried...

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Image: StitchyBear Digi Outlet Iris (pre-colored)
Dies: Spellbinders Nestabilities (ovals)
Cardstock: Recollections Black and Stampin' UP! Lavender Lace
Designer Paper: from my scrap file
Embellishments: Foof-a-La Button, Stampin' UP! Ribbon, and Fiber from an unknown vendor

oh how pretty this is! I love iris, and you are right - it would be hard to color your own any prettier than this is. I really love your layout and choice of papers. The fibers and ribbon are wonderful!

The pre-colored image is great - talk about a TV dinner for cards! Love it! Your layout features the colors and image perfectly.
