Wheat on a Sunny Day

I had a card kit category in the Seasons in the Forest Swap that I hosted last year, which meant I got to keep one of each of the kits. That was such fun!

The card I made for today was made with the kit Elayne sent to the swap. I was quite impressed with the way she stamped a scene (images) onto subtle designer paper. Elayne, this was such a fun kit! THANK YOU!

I was trying to get the look of barbed wire with the twine that Elayne included in the kit. I'm not sure it worked. LOL!

This is the inside of my card, complete with a sentiment that Elayne included in the kit:

This is my 41st card in the 100 Cards in 100 Days Challenge.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

This card was made with items in Elayne's Seasons in the Forest card kit. The only thing I added to the kit is the muddled cream-colored cardstock.  don't know the vendor on any of the items.  I'm sorry!

Very nice card Jeanette and you can never, ever go wrong with CAS. I like the image stamped on kraft and how that single green butterfly matches the base and pulls it all together.

Totally gorgeous!!!!! I love this! And yes, the way you did the twine does remind me of barbed wire! Beautiful card.
