It's All About LOVE ♥

The Dueling Darlings are ready to duel!

This month Paola and Judy are the hostesses and they came up with a marvelous theme for us...

It's All About Love

In Paola's words: With this theme in mind we would like you to sow the seeds of love and kindness you have received in your life. You are challenged to pay it forward by performing a kind gesture and doing it anonymously.

So while we show you our cards, we will also be sharing love in some way this week.

Thank you, Paola and Judy, for giving us a great challenge!

Paola's kit included all kinds of things:

Designer Papers from My Mind’s Eye (Love Me) : 'Hearts'

Pinecone Press (Be Mine) : 'Smoochie' and 'Checkmate'

Ribbon from Recollections (Michaels): red glitter; pink glitter; red and white satin

Divine Twine: pink, white and red twine floss

Heart Wood Clip: ' Celebrate It' (Michaels)

Pink bling hearts baubles (Michaels)

Prima flowers -from my stash-

Various heart brads -from my stash-

1/2" Epoxy Brads 'Sending Love' from SU

Buttons - from my stash-

Stamped images and sentiments, all from SU! : 'Summer by the Sea' ; Circle sentiment : 'Riveting'

I added some cardstock (Black, Bashful Blue, and Riding Hood Red).

Here's my card:

Here's the inside of my card:

Now... let's go see what the other Dueling Darlings have made:

This is my 53rd card for the 100 Cards in 100 Days Challenge.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Oh My--this card is so pretty--I love how you added the hearts over the sentiment and over the twine and ribbon. And--now I just realized by looking closely at your card-- that it is not only the same image that both teams got--but it is the identical kit all the way around....................

I am so glad you are a part of this fun duel!

I like how you paired those to DP's together. They look really good. Have to remember that!

The ribbon treatment is glittery, but not too much. Great job!

Ah this is a beauty! Love your coloring most of all, so rich and vibrant and remains the focal point of the card. So much to take in but it all flows together nicely!

Well done, J!
