It Was On SALE...

Do you ever do things a bit differently than the norm? I do! In fact, I do that quite often when it comes to card-making. Take this card, for instance. I am in Audrey's Let's Go Shopping swap and I've seen some incredibly beautiful sneak peeks of some of the cards. Shoes, gorgeous shoppers, shopping bags, and so much more, each one just as delightful as the one before.

Soooooooooo... what do I do? I pull out my Craft Lounge Shop Til You Drop stamp set and ink up this "older lady" who is shopping. She is unique. She is fun. She is NOT stunning! But she IS fashionable... look at her pearl earrings. (That was my first attempt at using Liquid Pearls. I like them!)
The sentiment inside the card reads It was on SALE. What woman doesn't love a good bargain?
Have fun today... and hope you get to do a little shopping!

So cute! Love your little old lady. Reminds me of when my mom and her sisters would do their weekly Saturday shopping together...What a sweet memory!
